**Head of Corporate Communications (m/w/d)**

**IHRE AUFGABEN**:

- Als digital affiner Kommunikationsprofi mit Leidenschaft gestalten und verantworten Sie gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team und in direkter Berichtslinie an den CEO die externe Kommunikation der internationalen Corporate
- und Produkt-PR sowie die interne Kommunikation des Villeroy & Boch-Konzerns am Hauptsitz in Mettlach.
- Sie sind somit mit einem Team von mehr als 10 Mitarbeiter: innen verantwortlich für das internationale PR für den Konzern weltweit in allen Corporate Communication sowie PR-Aspekten der jeweiligen Geschäftsbereiche.
- Sie sind Sparringspartner: in und Berater: in für die Unternehmensleitung in allen Fragen der Presse
- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und arbeiten ebenso eng zusammen mit den Key Stakeholdern wie Aufsichtsrat sowie Familienmitgliedern.
- Sie treiben den Ausbau und die Pflege von PR-Kontakten des Unternehmens crossmedial voran und stellen dabei die effiziente und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit Journalisten, internationalen Agenturpartnern, Bloggern und weiteren relevanten Stakeholdern sicher.
- In Krisensituationen kümmern Sie sich um die konzernweite Umsetzung der erforderlichen Kommunikationsmaßnahmen.
- Sie zeichnen verantwortlich für die Planung und Durchführung von presse
- und öffentlichkeitsrelevanten Veranstaltungen.

**IHR PROFIL**:

- Sie haben einen journalistischen Studiengang absolviert, ein (Hochschul-)Studium mit den Schwerpunkten Marketing/Kommunikation abgeschlossen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erworben.
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in PR und Corporate Communications sowie der Personalführung mit.
- Sie sind rhetorisch stark und kommunizieren inspirierend in Wort und Schrift.
- Sie pflegen ein ausgezeichnetes Beziehungsmanagement und sind bestrebt, Ihr Netzwerk stets weiter auszubauen.
- Sie sind eine unternehmerisch denkende und handelnde Person, haben ein tiefes Verständnis von wirtschafts
- und gesellschaftspolitischen Zusammenhängen und verfügen über sehr gute strategische, analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten.
- Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Word und Schrift, haben ein sehr gutes Sprachgefühl sowie verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift. Gute Kenntnisse der französischen Sprache sowie weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
- Der sichere Umgang mit Microsoft Office und die Nutzung von digitalen Kommunikationskanälen sind für Sie eine Selbstverständlichkeit.
