As a VIP Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to VIP guests in a variety of settings, such as luxury hotels, exclusive clubs, high-end restaurants, or private events. Your primary goal will be to ensure that VIP guests receive personalized attention and have a memorable dining or entertainment experience.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Greet VIP guests as they arrive and escort them to their tables or designated seating areas.
- Provide menus and make recommendations based on guests' preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring presentation meets the establishment's standards.
- Anticipate guests' needs and fulfill requests promptly, such as refilling drinks, clearing plates, or providing additional condiments.
- Maintain a neat and clean work area, including tables, serving stations, and dining areas.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with tact and professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Upsell additional menu items, special promotions, or VIP services to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with other staff members, including servers, bartenders, hosts/hostesses, and management, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic environment for guests and staff.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills.

**Salary**: 3,000.00€ - 4,000.00€ per month

**Experience**:

- Five Star Hospitality: 3 years (required)
