**Your exciting tasks**:

- This broad role will give you the opportunity to develop TUNAP France to the next level incl. Developing a strategy, setting growth targets in view of market developments
- As an expert, you will work actively on solutions to problems such as profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitor
- This Role will include the coaching of the sales team, the analysis off current processes and the implementation of new structures - we will give you a high degree of autonomy and freedom.
- Being an inspiring leader for the country managers is not just a term for you but also your passion.
- For this role, it is key to know your business. Therefore, we are looking for someone who insist to go to regular in person meetings and business trips
- It is essential to build up strong and reliable networks and to work closely with the international team.
- The conception of meaningful reports is also part of the field of activity in order to make deductions for the strategy.

**Your Profile**:

- The foundation of your career was a (technical) management graduation.
- You are looking for the next step within your career and a position in which you can really make an impact and an employer which enables you to show what you have learned so far
- Your vast experience in sales positions
- ideally in competitive companies
- gives you the opportunity to act as a leader for your direct reports.
- Besides sales, you have a profound knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, human resources, procurement, operations, etc.).
- Challenging circumstances motivate you to go the extra mile.
- Your main motivation is to make your team and the company successful therefore, you are always up to date with brand developments and new business strategies.
- You obsess extensive experience in Planning and Budgeting. Your analytical and figure driven approach gives you the ability to understand circumstances quickly and react accordingly.
- Due to the international orientation following languages are mandatory: French (Mother-tongue level) English (fluent oral and written), German is advantageous
