Production Lead

**Description**:
We’re looking for an experienced **Production & Quality Lead** to join our growing team in Clichy. This is a hands-on, strategic role that bridges production, quality, and compliance, with a strong international dimension—including regular interaction with teams in China, France, and Hong Kong.

You’ll manage the full production lifecycle, lead a team of five, and drive continuous improvement across processes, audits, and regulatory compliance—especially in sustainability certifications (GRS, GOTS, FSC). This role is ideal for someone with deep technical production knowledge, great communication skills, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Production Management**
- Support account and design teams with technical input before and during orders.
- Lead risk assessments, strategic development meetings, and documentation processes.
- Oversee the full production cycle—planning, QA validation, lab testing, on-site inspections, and timeline adherence.
- Directly manage certain production orders and advise production teams.
- Travel for on-site production inspections in Europe and Asia (e.g., 1 month in China during peak season).

**Quality & Compliance**
- Ensure QA/QC documentation and systems are up to date (QAP, PRM, trackers).
- Oversee internal audits and compliance with GRS, GOTS & FSC standards.
- Prepare and lead third-party audits across international offices.
- Monitor EUDR compliance and traceability for wood and paper products.

**KPI & Reporting**
- Ensure all teams properly log data to support environmental and quality KPIs.
- Extract, analyze, and report performance data to clients and internal stakeholders.

**Team & Stakeholder Management**
- Lead and support a team of 5 (based in France and China).
- Collaborate closely with the buying and category managers in Hong Kong.
- Work hand-in-hand with the QC/QA team across locations.
- Step in to cover workload for team members during absences.

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:

- 7+ years of experience in production management, QA, or engineering within a factory or manufacturing setting.
- At least 4 years in one or more of these sectors**:têxtiles/bags, printing, injection plastic or metal**.
- Strong background in **luxury or beauty brands** is a major plus.
- Expertise in **product risk management** and **timeline oversight**.
- Proficient at managing complex projects and integrating large volumes of information.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills—with international exposure.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
