**Offer description**:
Your mission

Reporting to the Onet Accueil agency, you will join one of our customers' sites.

Reporting to the Onet Accueil agency in SAINT-MARTIN DU VIVIER, you will join our customer's site based in LOUVIERS (27).

For occasional replacements on a **35H/S fixed-term contract from February 4, 2025 to February 14, 2025**, you will work at our customer's premises as a receptionist from Monday to Friday evenings, from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will be trained to provide occasional replacements in case of absence of our regular hosts during their vacations, or in case of unexpected absence (car breakdown, illness...).

**English required.**

As a receptionist, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Welcome visitors and guide them around the site
- Set up company communications and screen calls
- Direct phone calls to the right people
- Filter canvassing visits
- Greeting and orientation of delivery personnel

Computer skills are essential.

A high degree of availability is required, as well as a keen sense of organization.

You have excellent elocution and writing skills.

You are comfortable using the Pack Office and office automation tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
