Tasks - Monitor the timely placement of orders by the procurement team (indicators, and weekly meetings) - Ensure that his team is properly maintaining the portfolio of orders (updating orders in response to technical advancements or modifications to manufacturing processes). - Create performance metrics for your team and suppliers. - Create ongoing projects for the improvement of your services in the areas of inventory, cash flow, "OTD" (on-time delivery), RCA/CA (analyzing the root causes of issues and putting solutions into action), and billing. - Ensure the creation and dissemination of annual forecast needs to purchasers and/or suppliers. - Foresee supply requirements and notify the planning department of any delays or shortfalls - Create multi-functional action plans to address the issue in the event of a supply disruption, then convey them to management. **Managerial Responsibilities**: \- Manage, coordinate, and lead the team. \- Recognizing and appreciating the (individual and collective) contributions of staff \- Working together to determine the team's skill needs and determining the best procedures for each employee's skill development (coaching, training, etc.). \-Conduct professional and evaluation interviews with a focus on career development. \-Promote participatory innovation both inside and outside the firm. **Requirements**: - Engineering school or business school - Master in management of the production /logistics /planning /supply - APICS CPIM or BSCM - Experience in team management of at least 3 people for 1 to 3 years - Experience in the supply chain in a series environment and / or engineer to order - Effective problem identification and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in English both orally and in writing along with proficiency in French orally - Strong skill and appetite for negotiation. - Ability to manage data and figures, ability to use databases. Desired characteristics - Strong relationship and leadership skills. - Ability to negotiate, influence others and lead small teams. - Lead initiatives of moderate scale and impact. - Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. - Effective problem identification and problem solving skills. - Analytical, resilience and organizational skills - Material management
