**About the Role**

We are looking for a Confirmed Data Scientist to join our Delivery Optimization team, a core unit within Ogury’s AI organization. This team builds and improves the machine learning models that directly impact our performance and revenue: predicting clicks, video completions, auction wins, and forecasting for our media planning tools.

With a team of only 4 Data Scientists and MLOps currently handling a broad scope — from throttling and bid shading to pacing, deal optimization, and forecasting — we’re seeking a motivated Data Scientist to expand our capacity and accelerate innovation.

This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience in machine learning, who is eager to grow, thrives on modelization work, and wants to see their contributions deliver immediate, measurable business impact.

**What you will be doing**:
- Develop and optimize predictive models (e.g., click-through rate, video completion, auction outcomes, media planning forecasts,).
- Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to modernize Ogury’s predictive stack with state-of-the-art algorithms.
- Train, test, and refine models using tabular and categorical data.
- Maintain model registry and promotion pipelines through MLFlow.
- Contribute to real-time algorithmic decisioning systems (campaign pacing, bid shading, throttling, etc.).
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders (AdOps, Product, Engineering) to ensure data science outputs are scalable and impactful.

**What you will bring to Ogury**:
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist (early career experience welcome if strong fundamentals).
- Solid knowledge of machine learning modeling (mostly supervised, on tabular + categorical data).
- Proficiency in Python (mandatory).
- Experience with TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and MLFlow.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to manipulate data and train models effectively.
- Industry exposure to real-time backend systems (AdTech or similar high-scale environment) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Go, Scala, C, or C++ is a plus (not required).
- Growth mindset - eager to learn, adapt, and take ownership in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
