**Your role**

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Asset Management Graduate Talent Program.
You’ll get to:

**Your team**
- You’ll be working as a part of a large-scale global asset manager offering investment capabilities and styles across all major traditional and alternative asset classes, from active to passive and including a comprehensive sustainable investing offering.
Specifically, you’ll be part of the Client Coverage EMEA team within Institutional Client Coverage, which is part of UBS Asset Management (AM). We cover distribution and relationship management for our clients in Europe. Based in Paris, you would support our France and Nordics Client Relationship Management teams in their day-to-day activities and gain in-depth insights into AM’s institutional sales organization.

**Your expertise**
- will graduate with a Bachelor or Master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to starting our program, with less than 12-months of work experience post-graduation
- is graduating between September 2023 and September 2025
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

**Your program**
- Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of asset management. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
