**How will you shape our tomorrow**:
As a Business Partner Due Diligence Analyst, you will perform, document, and utilize due diligence on third parties (suppliers, customers, intermediaries, partners) to help manage Sonepar Group compliance risks and ensure the integrity of its partners in an international environment.

**Your missions include**:

- Due diligence (levels 1, 2, and 3): collection and analysis of internal and external information (BVD, TSort, Dow Jones, sanctions, PEP, UBO, negative press, financial data, integrity, ESG, cyber, etc.), execution of controls, risk qualification, documentation, and recommendations.
- Third-party portfolio monitoring and continuous monitoring: updating assessments, processing alerts (sanctions, press, weak signals, incidents), enhanced monitoring of sensitive third parties, participation in regular reviews with Head Office, Regions, and operational entities.
- Operational support and international coordination: assisting correspondents in regions and entities, sharing best practices, answering technical questions, verifying the consistency of local analyses, contributing to training.
- Contribution to data management, reporting, and quality: updating and analyzing indicators (KPIs, volumes, risk levels, processing times), ensuring data reliability, participating in Group consolidation (compliance reporting, audits, Audit Committee).
- Participation in projects and continuous improvement: deployment of new versions of third-party assessment tools, user testing, reporting needs, proposals for improvements, development of the operational model, support for automation and generative AI projects.

**The experience you bring**:

- At least **2 years** of experience
- **Foreign languages**: proficiency in both written and spoken English and French is essential
- Proficiency in **compliance regulations** (Sapin II, OFAC, EU, duty of care)
- Knowledge of **due diligence** and **third-party risk analysis mechanisms**:

- Solid **foundation** in **law**, **accounting**, and **finance**:

- Proficiency in **office software** (Office, Teams, SharePoint)
- Proficiency in **screening** and **due diligence solutions**

**Work Mode & Location**:
Hybrid: 3 days in Paris (8ème)
