**Your key responsabilities**
- Part of Flavor Global Sourcing team. Ensure monitoring of sourcing requirements and issues for her/his zone in clause collaboration with global sourcing / local sourcing and planning. Ensure key interface role in shortage management.
- Leads the implementation of the purchasing strategy for a raw materials portfolio and support the development of the purchasing strategy with senior sourcing managers for their respective portfolios.
- Coordinate new source or raw material introduction locally. Submit and follow through on internal requests, and work with suppliers and internal partners to facilitate introductions
- Work closely with our Regulatory Affairs team to ensure compliance to global, regional or local regulation of our purchased raw materials
- Support Special Projects upon requests
- Negotiates and formalizes contracts at lowest Total Cost of Ownership for sub-categories.
- Develops a strong knowledge of the raw materials and understanding of the market drivers & monitors competitive factors & risks.

**You bring**
- Master Degree in Business, Purchasing, Finance, Food Technology, Chemistry, Science, Agronomy
- Possess 1 - 2 years of experience in Purchasing (Flavors & Fragrance industry, Food, Chemical Industry, Naturals or Ingredients business is a plus)
- Know-how on strategic sourcing process including negotiation.
- Experience in an International Business is a strong asset
- Experience in Chemicals / Flavors and Fragrance materials is a plus
- Fluent in English and French, other language are a plus.
