YOUR ROLE
The QSSE Terminals & Inland division is part of an independent QSSE support department that assists the Group's land-based assets in improving their practices related to quality, health, safety, and the environment. It is therefore both an operational and technical environment.
The intern will assist the Digitalization Officer in improving our digital processes across the entire scope. The main tasks will be to develop the department's QlikSense dashboards to monitor the QSSE performance of our assets and to provide support for the integration, structuring, optimization, sizing, and launch of a new QSSE reporting tool.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
**Specifically**:

- Take charge of the architecture, development, and updating of QlikSense dashboards to ensure the proper level of monitoring of the department's KPIs (data model, script, etc.).
- Support the Digitalization Officer on the QSSE reporting tool change project:

- Define and ensure functional compliance in light of operational constraints.
- Participate in drafting functional specifications during discussions with the chosen publisher.
- Draft and execute test scenarios.
- Participate in analyzing organizational impacts and change management.
- Oversee the integration of artificial intelligence into current and future digital processes.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
You are currently enrolled in an engineering school (Bac+4/5) specializing in digital technology in the field of energy, the environment, or decarbonization. Ideally, you have experience in the field.
Thanks to your interpersonal and communication skills, you are able to implement effective coordination actions and have a good grasp of project management principles (V-model, Agile/Scrum).
You are rigorous and use your curiosity, agility, and motivation to benefit the team and the division.
