**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**
Europe Procurement (EP) is the centrally managed and de-centrally located purchasing team. As a Global Business Service we accelerate the alignment of processes and deployment of digital solutions across all clusters and Global Business Units (GBU). EP supports Operations & Corporate Functions in all aspects of purchasing equipment & services - in their day2day business as well as in long term projects. Our services are made of:
- Strategic purchasing for direct & indirect categories
- Strategic purchasing in large / complex projects
- Tactical purchasing by handling requesters queries at affiliate level
- Supporting processes by providing innovative digital tools, managing master data, controlling our performance, driving the Supplier Relationship Management processes and ensuring overall compliance.
Europe Procurement cooperates closely with the departments in order to be able to carry out all procurement transactions.
Missions
During your internship/internship, you will be given the following main tasks: to support ALIGN expansion project on both supplier and material side
- Assist in master data (supplier / material) preparation for global projects (ALIGN, SIM, ISO etc)
- Take a part in UATs of the project
- Data screening / cleansing activities in SAP S4
- Data quality improvement activities
- Other action in the frame of projects
**Are you a MATCH?**
- Student / new graduate in Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or Logistics
- Ability to collect, organize, process, and disseminate significant numbers of data
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Enjoy the international environment, Speak English communicatively
- Microsoft Excel and Google spreadsheet knowledge required
- SAP knowledge is definitely plus

Air Liquide has been awarded the Happy Trainees label.
The internship will take place in the Group's historical headquarters in the center of Paris at Quai d'Orsay.
