We are currently recruiting for a Graphic Design / POP Coordinator to join our French team on a 6 month maternity contract. You’ll report to the Visual Merchandising Manager, be based in our Paris office with travel to stores as required and work closely with internal departments at a local and European level.

This is an opportunity for someone immediately available, looking to gain further experience in a fast paced Fashion retail environment where you can expand your experience in graphic design.

You will be responsible for the adaptation and translation of all in store graphics including posters. Using guidelines set by the EU team you will translate from English to French and will include adding pricing and creating detailed graphic visualisations.

You will also support in store communication creation and handle ad hoc PoS orders, verifying quantities and deliveries to meet strict deadlines. You will need to have strong French and English language skills, and ideally have translation experience from English to French.

Skills, Experience and Attributes:
- Proficient in adobe creative suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustration, SketchUp- Outgoing and confident personality- Self-starter who can use initiative to run projects and tasks on their own without direct supervision.- Good Microsoft Office skills- Self-driven with a “can do” attitude.- Open to change and is happy to work in a flexible environment.- Clear and efficient with communication both written and oral- Strong organizational and planning skills- Good grasp of basic figures, calculation and excel.- Able to analyse and grasp small details quickly.
