1. Develop and manage key affiliate traffic channels relationship, be responsible of their growth; 2. Formulate the affiliate operation strategy and action plan, take actions and make sure the affiliate channels GMV generation is good; 3. Insight and research on local traffic acquisition campaigns as well as the marketing strategy of competitors and user needs, implement traffic campaigns by leveraging multiple channels； 4. Initiate optimal solution for AliExpress affiliate product design to support channels' development, make it brand awareness more powerful in France
1. A good understanding of affiliate marketing and local traffic landscape in France market. 2. At least 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing and performance marketing. With e-commerce affiliate and top online media resources are preferred. 3. Good at business development and communications, with excellent problem solving ability. 4. Strong project management, highly analytical, cooperation and cross-service communication skills. 5. Good command of written and spoken English and French. Experience in multiple-culture companies is a plus.
