As our Analytics** **Engineer, reporting to our Business Digital Solutions manager, you will play a crucial role in this mission by collaborating with various departments, including Sales & Marketing, Operations, Innovation, Purchasing, IT, and Finance. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Contributing to our data strategy to ensure it aligns with our business goals and remains up-to-date and documented.
- Recognizing data use cases that directly impact customer experience and profitability.
- Executing data projects and data use cases in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external resources from data ingestion to data engineering and analysis.
- Integrating data back into existing systems to provide a comprehensive customer view.
- Training and enabling internal stakeholders and key-users to efficiently execute data projects.
- Setting up data governance procedures and documenting data models.
- Ensuring data is readily available and stakeholders are aware of it.
- Spreading a data culture and educating stakeholders on the value of data.

**Ce poste est-il fait pour vous ?**
You are...
- A holder of a Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experienced with over 2 years of professional experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or Data Science.
- Autonomous, adaptive, flexible, with strong attention to details and capable of working under pressure
- Committed to data integrity and quality.
- An effective communicator who can convey complex ideas clearly.
- Open to criticism and capable of handling conflict constructively.
- Customer-oriented, always keeping the end-user in mind.
- A team player who values collaboration.
- Skilled in Data Engineering tools (ETL), Data Warehouse tools (Azure, Snowflake, Fabric, etc.), SQL, data modeling and visualization (Power BI, Excel, etc )
- Proficient in data science tools (Python, R, Spark, Hadoop)
- C1 or C2 in English (German or French would be a plus)
