**Areas of Responsibility**:
The project manager ensures the development and monitoring of wind projects at various stages of development, from the identification of sites to the obtaining of authorizations purged of all recourse, mainly consisting of prospect and identify new wind projects:

- Study the topography of the soils and the energy production potential of the site. Analyze the technical and environmental constraints of the project.Identify the needs and detect the expectations of local communities.Assess either the strengths or the main risks and challenges.Define a development budget and update Business Plan of the project.
- Support the dedicated team on the signing of contracts for the land management of these projects.
- Evaluate the technical and financial constraints related to the connection to the electricity network and make an initial estimate of the costs and deadlines for implementing the project.
- Ensure relations and consultation with the various project stakeholders: institutions, elected officials, residents, landowners and local associations
- Submit requests for administrative authorizations and follow up on their instruction. Develop response files to government wind tenders.
- Identify events in the territory that may have impact on development projects.

**Studies**:
Master’s degree engineering or business school.
**Work Experience**:
3/5 years wind / solar project development and prospection.

**Languages**:

- French: fluently
- English: level B2
- Italian would be an upside

**IT Skills**:

- Excellent Microsoft office skills
- ERP knowledge such as SAP
- ARC GIS/Qgis, PVsyst would be an upside
- Project management tools

**Know - How & Managerial Skills**:

- Excellent understanding of environment sector and renewables
- Project’s business plan and budget
- Regulatory context
- Identify sites for new wind plants
- Goal-oriented and self-dependent working as well as good analytical thinking
- Capacity for teamwork, high commitment, preciseness
- Oral fluency
- Personal motivation for renewable energies
