Reporting to the Group DPO, the incumbent will be a member of Group Privacy Office of Ayvens business line within the framework of the data privacy set up and will also supervise countries with local privacy regulations similar to the RGPD. This involves: - Informing and raising awareness, increasing "privacy" acculturation - Ensuring compliance with the legal framework - Informing, empowering and, if necessary, alerting its data controller - Analysing, investigating, auditing, controlling Privacy advice /risk assessment/ monitoring: - raising awareness of and advising the HQ company's staff on these regulations, particularly with regard to the LOD1: operations, sales, marketing, innovation and IT teams, legal - acting as a First Point of Contact for the entities in her/his scope - being lead on one/or more Privacy topics - as a Subject Matter Expert - work linked to the integration of ex-LP subsidiaries as part of the merger from a data privacy point of view - Advises and contributes to privacy assessments and helps identifying the privacy risk of (amongst others) new and existing products Profile / Skills: - Relevant University degree / Master degree or equivalent - Good knowledge of the EU Data Protection legislation - At least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in privacy or related topics and project management experience in interdisciplinary settings is a pre. - Sound understanding of the privacy framework - Excellent communication skills at all levels withing the organization and with external stakeholders. - French (fluent, verbally and written) - English (fluent, verbally and written) - Previous experience in DP office, IT, legal or IT project management. - Good legal and risk awareness, as well as a good understanding of the IT development cycle.
