**Your mission**:

- Design how multiple drones coordinate in real-time
- Build task allocation and swarm planning logic
- Implement fallback and recovery strategies for swarm robustness
- Collaborate closely with autonomy and communication teams

**Your profile**:

- Experience with multi-agent or distributed systems
- Strong background in ROS2 and DDS-based systems
- Familiarity with FSMs, behavior trees, or utility-based planning
- Systems thinking, not just code - you think across agents
