- The team is closely partnering with business to identify needs and profiles that will push the organization to the next level - there’s sourcing, there’s recruitment, there’s many projects and training and there’s definitely a lot of fun times. **Your Mission (If You Accept It)**:

- Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing the best talents in Europe for all jobs excluding Tech
- Advertise our jobs, improving quality and ensuring it respects our brands guidelines
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in activities such as scheduling, organizing events (Career Fairs), and Employer Branding
- Work hands-in-hands with the People team and the Business to generate the best-in-class People strategy
- Maintain our applicant tracking system (Lever) and our Talent Acquisition database up-to-date

**You’re At The Right Place If**:

- You’re fluent in French and English
- You have prior experience (internships included) in Project Management / Human Resources
- You thrive in a fast pace environment and enjoy a scale-up culture
- You are a team player and the idea of being a part of an environmental revolution inspires you
- Whenever you’re facing a problem - you love to dig-in and find ways to solve it. Not only solve it but be proactive about it
- Excel skills, and overall, analytical / structured way of thinking is your super strength
- Plus if you had experience with Social Media Management / Employer Branding projects
