Rattaché.e au Directeur des Ressources Humaines EMEA, vous serez l’interlocuteur.ice de référence pour les neuf départements du siège retail EMEA (+ 230 collaborateurs).

**Job responsibilities**:
En tant que HR Manager, vous serez le.la partenaire privilégié.e des managers et des collaborateurs du siège retail EMEA (basé à Paris). Vous contribuerez activement à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie RH de la Maison, en veillant à l'excellence de l'expérience collaborateur, au développement des Talents et des organisations, et à l'atteinte des objectifs business.

En partenariat avec l’ensemble des expertises RH (Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development, RSE, Com, SIRH, Admin & Paie, etc ) vous fournissez une expertise généraliste RH complète et de proximité, et aurez notamment pour missions:
**Développement d’une culture d’entreprise**:

- Animer et renforcer une culture d'entreprise cohérente avec les valeurs de la Maison et de la zone retail EMEA (valeurs RSE, missions, état d’esprit)

**Accompagnement des équipes**:

- Conseiller et accompagner les membres du Codir, les directeurs et managers sur l’ensemble de leurs problématiques et réflexions RH : gestion des talents, développement des compétences, développement de la performance, contentieux individuels, etc..
- Les aider à prendre les meilleures décisions en matière de gestion de leurs équipes.

**Recrutement et Développement des Talents**:

- Gérer le processus de recrutement.
- Animer les processus d'intégration et de développement des talents.
- Identifier les potentiels, et mettre en place des plans de développement adaptés.
- Gérer la mobilité interne et les plans de succession.
- Piloter les revues des talents et des organisations (OMR).

**Développement RH**:

- Participer au déploiement des projets RH : formation, diversité, qualité de vie au travail, onboarding, SIRH, etc.

**Pilotage budgétaire**:

- Construire les budgets / tendances, et garantir le respect des engagements.
- Piloter la masse salariale et les campagnes annuelles de révisions salariales.

**Profile**:
De formation supérieure Bac+5 (type école d'ingénieur, école de commerce, université ou équivalent), vous avez à mínima 8 années d'expérience professionnelle en ressources humaines.

Vous avez un réel sens business et une forte compréhension des enjeux retail et siège.

Vous parlez couramment anglais.

Vous aimez accompagner les équipes dans la proximité, avec exigence et passion.
