**About the role**
At TechnipFMC, we deliver critical projects of a scale, scope and difficulty that you simply won’t find anywhere else. We are looking for a **Senior Subsea Precommissioning Engineer (M/F) **who can join our multicultural team in Paris.
**Main Accountabilities**:
Within the Subsea Installation Discipline and directly reporting to the Head of the Precommissioning Section, you will be in charge of a Subsea project or proposal for the technical management of precommissioning subcontracts.
Your main tasks will consist in:
- Writing or supervising the writing of technical specifications for precommissioning services and equipment manufacturing,
- Interfacing with the Subcontract engineer in charge of writing and monitoring the contract with the precommissioning subcontractor,
- Analyzing the technical offers and select the subcontractors,
- Ensuring the technical follow-up of the precommissioning subcontract,
- Managing internal interfaces with other disciplines (flexible and rigid design, structure...) to ensure the adequacy and optimization of tests,
- Managing a team of precommissioning engineers if applicable,
- Participating to interface meetings with the clients and other contractors of the project (such as FPSO manufacturer for example)
- Providing and/or validating testing procedures
- Participating to testing activities on site (onshore or offshore, mainly in West or East Africa)
**Profile**:
Graduated with an Engineering degree, you have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in subsea precommissioning. You have already participated to offshore missions on installation boats and/or FPSO/platforms. You are recognized for your dynamism, your team spirit and your interpersonal skills. You like working in multicultural environments. You have already managed a team of engineers and are willing to share your knowledge with young engineers.
You speak English fluently and you are mobile for on-site missions as requested by the project.
