**About this job**:
We are looking for a **Data & Risk Analyst** to contribute to impactful automation and risk reporting processes within PartnerRe. The role will report to the Senior Risk Manager within the Risk Management Operations team in Paris, France. Your main responsibilities will be as follow:
Utilize automation tools and programming to develop and maintain platforms and dashboards designed to optimize risk reporting and analysis, and their impact on decision making at PartnerRe
Lead the development of tools and reporting relating to ESG (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance)
Scope is primarily related to Counterparty Risk, Market Risks, Reinsurance Risks and FX Risk reporting and analysis
Support quarterly and annual stress testing and ORSA processes of PartnerRe Group and legal entities
The role will enable you to develop a strong understanding of the reinsurance industry and financial markets. Professional training will be provided as needed.
**Qualifications**:
**About you**:
- Strong programming knowledge background required - in particular, writing R/Python packages
- Academic background in areas related to Actuarial Sciences, Math, Statistics or Economics preferred
- Some exposure to basic insurance/ reinsurance/ risk concepts preferred
- Structured and organized with good project management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization
- Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines
- English is mandatory. French language skills are a plus
