Internship - Digital Products Management for Innovation

Within the central Innovation team, you are part of the central R&D group, connected to 3.500 researchers around the world. Aside from your core R&D team colleagues, you will frequently interact with the senior Digital Products Managers from Saint-Gobain's Group Digital & IT Organization (GDI) who lead the project, with our R&D lead development team based in India, as well as with test groups in multiple businesses and regions.

**What you will learn from us during your internship**

You will join the core team dedicated to an important digital project for R&D and support multiple aspects of it, including (but not limited to) the collection of user insights, tool specification, user story definition, task prioritization, dashboard development, testing, deployment, training, probing user satisfaction.

**Where you will learn and grow your skills**

On day-to-day activities, you will contribute to the management of digital typical projects:

- Participate in user research workshops, product discovery, and design.
- Support the delivery team.
- Manage the product backlog.
- Perform functional testing on the go and interact with key customers.
- Showcase the tool to relevant stakeholders.

The project management software has been developed using modern Angular framework.

**What we will need from you during your internship**

You will work closely with our R&D teams and with the technical, design, quality, and other internal teams to create great transversal products. We expect the selected intern to engage actively with other team members on delivering specific solutions and assist in planning, tracking, and executing the overall product roadmap.

We would love to meet you, especially if you are a 3rd-grade student with a master's degree in engineering/business/digital marketing or a similar field with a proficient level of command in English; speaking French would also be an asset.

Join us and you will be part of our central innovation team as a **digital product manager**, supporting in identifying the needs of the different businesses of Saint-Gobain, analyzing them and turning them into specifications for the tool.

You will work in close collaboration with a senior digital product manager from the central Digital and IT team, and you will assist them in delivering concrete solutions for our businesses.
