- Au sein de l'équipe Juridique vous aurez les missions suivantes:
**Principales missions**:

- Rédaction et négociation d’accords de confidentialité
- Rédaction de notes juridiques internes
- Participation à la mise en place de formations juridiques
- Participation aux étapes nécessaires à la mise en place d’un outil de gestion documentaire (aide au transfert des données, enregistrement des contrats, etc.)
- Veille juridique

**Les atouts pour réussir**:

- Vous êtes titulaire a mínima d’un Master 2 en Droit des affaires et bénéficiez idéalement d’une première expérience de stage réussie en entreprise ou en cabinet d’avocats.
- Vous possédez des compétences approfondies en droit des contrats, et une appétence pour le droit international.
- Vous êtes dynamique, ouvert(e), motivé(e), organisé(e) et doté(e) de qualités rédactionnelles et d’un très bon esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.
- Vous avez un bon niveau d’anglais professionnel.
- Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques Word, Excel et Power Point.
