The challenge: accelerate the industrialization of an eco-responsible technology capable of replacing fossil-based plastics. **MISSIONS** Reporting to the Chief Scientific Officer, you will be responsible** for transforming a patented technological concept into a fully functional industrial solution.** Your role will be both strategic and hands-on: - Translate patent families into a functional specification to guide subcontractors in building the prototype (TRL 4 to 8) - **Oversee prototype fabrication** without assembling it yourself, by managing technical partners and suppliers - **Ensure the proper functioning, maintenance, and continuous improvement of pilot equipment**: - Collaborate with international industrial partners to validate technical performance - Propose optimizations to simplify and accelerate the transition from lab to factory - Contribute to the prototyping of secondary modules **TURBULENCE ZONE DETECTED IF*** - You prefer highly structured environments with fixed roles - You are uncomfortable with uncertainty and shifting plans - You dislike interacting with suppliers or international partners ‍ **RESEARCHED PROFILE** **ACADEMIC BACKGROUND** You hold a Master’s degree in Process or Chemical Engineering, **with at least 8 years of experience in industrialization or process development**(chemistry, materials, **special machinery...).** **Why** 8 years minimum? Because this role is extremely diverse : from managing suppliers to designing new concepts.
