**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**

We’re looking for a **Retail & Trade Visual Designer EMEA** who will manage and coordinate retail VM and trade merchandising projects with various stakeholders, including Global teams, Brand leaders, regional Partnerships/Affiliates and external suppliers (design and production agencies).

This is a hybrid role based out of our** Paris** office.

**WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE**
- Oversee all regional personalization projects for permanent Merchandising, managing counter and store openings, upgrades or refreshes
- Create and update planograms adapting the Global and regional strategies, bringing consistency across partners/spaces within the region (using IWD platform/software)
- Create or update visual merchandising and 3D/2Ds assets
- Design and coordinate the production of permanent merchandising in-store (fixtures, display tools), from brief to execution, leading production project schedule and delivery phasis, monitoring deadlines and budgets
- Help design limited animation/trade POSM in collaboration with the Brand, Partnerships and Global teams (head of gondolas, animation tables, etc) monitoring the timeline
- Lead and manage communication and approval process with Global Retail & design teams on above-mentioned projects
- Track the competitive environment, sharing best practices / recommendations to increase the brand visibility at POS
- Create and update regional Merch guidelines, always adapting the Global recommendation to the local context & specificities
- Support with regional 2DGraphic requests for both online and offline (newsletters, banners, GIF/videos, PR releases, etc.)
- Lead the internal weekly Merchandising touch base with brand leaders: prepare the agenda coordinating with the team, update/share the status of ongoing brief requests

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from fashion, visual merchandising, business or communication school, with 1-2 years of experience in Merchandising roles in the retail or luxury/beauty field
- Passion for design/retail with a strong understanding of design strategy, material engineering, and assembly
- ** Strong knowledge of graphic design, printing and scenography production**:

- An effective problem solver with a creative spirit, strong attention to detail and a rigorous mind
- **Strong Knowledge** of **Adobe suite (In-design & Illustrator)**, Microsoft office,** Sketchup & AutoCAD **is a must to be considered
- Fluent in both French and English is a must
