We’re currently looking for a Billing Analyst responsible for all billing aspects of international customer. The Billing Analyst is overseeing billing and its accuracy, works seamlessly with the billing and revenue teams, other support services and operational teams to drive delivery of objectives and improvement projects. This position is highly visible and requires someone with strong communication skills, the ability to prioritise, plan and direct the department.

To succeed in this role, you must have experience in:

- Customer billing and customer onboarding
- Invoice submission to customers based on given requirements
- Resolving customer billing disputes
- Completing new vendor set up forms from customers
- Ensuring that the billing team is cross trained to ensure our services/SLAs are maintained in the absence of a team member and processes/best practices are followed

Desired Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in billing/finance focused positions
- Excellent interpersonal skills: true business partner, ability to see the “bigger picture”, customer focused, high attention to detail, adaptability
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment, juggle multiple projects and tasks, and to work with deadlines
- Self-motivated, proactive with willingness to succeed
- Hands on experience in billing processes and billing platforms as well as SFDC
- French and English language
