**The Role**
- As **Global Head of PR, Media, and Corporate Communications**, you will lead the strategy and execution of Ingenico’s external communications—covering public relations, media outreach, and corporate messaging beyond direct commercial activities. This includes executive visibility, corporate reputation, brand positioning, ESG, and innovation narratives. You’ll work cross-functionally with key teams including the Growth Marketing team’s Message House, the Innovation Lab, and the Head of Security to ensure consistent messaging, strategic alignment, and robust crisis response. All communications will reflect a unified voice and reinforce Ingenico’s positioning of “Moving Commerce Forward” and its values of trust, innovation, and sustainability. This is a strategic, high-impact role with global visibility and direct influence on the company’s brand and reputation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Develop and lead** global PR, media, and corporate communications strategies aligned with Ingenico’s brand positioning, values, and business priorities.
- **Ensure consistency of messaging** across all external communications in close collaboration with the Growth Marketing team’s Message House and the Innovation Lab.
- **Act as the central coordination point** for regional PR/media teams, aligning global narratives across EMEA, NAR, SAR, and APAC.
- **Drive corporate storytelling** around key topics including innovation, trust, sustainability, thought leadership, ESG, and public affairs.
- **Act as strategic counsel** to leadership on media engagement, corporate visibility, and reputation risk management.
- **Manage media relations** and agency partnerships across markets, with a particular focus on French and European media due to HQ location.
- **Oversee crisis communications**, including preparation, messaging, and response execution, **in close collaboration with the Head of Security**, who leads the company’s overall crisis management process.
- **Track media sentiment**, report on PR effectiveness, and continuously optimize messaging based on insights.
- **Manage the global PR agency budget**, ensuring value and consistency across regional markets.
- **Support cross-channel alignment** between earned, owned, and shared communications for brand coherence.
