Internship Project: Distribution Partners Market Study

Complete an internship project at SOPHiA GENETICS whose mission is to build the future of AI-assisted medicine. Joining the Sales Operations team as a Junior Sales Operations Specialist Intern.

**Your mission**:
Reporting to the Sr Sales Operations Specialist, you will conduct a global market analysis in distributor-operated countries and provide strategic insights to enhance partner collaboration and market reach.

**You will be involved in**:

- Conduct Market analysis by assessing size per country and potential growth:
- Goal: You will define market volumes and growth rates to support strategic prioritization and help understand regional dynamics and trends to tailor commercial approaches- Your Impact: Help Sales and Marketing teams focus efforts on high-potential regions/markets and contribute to long-term sustainability
- Capture Distributor Engagement through interviews:
- Goal: You will capture distributor feedback, challenges and success factors and measure engagement and satisfaction levels- Your Impact: Improve collaboration, enhance service quality and positively influence distribution practices
- Provide Strategic Insights:
- Goal: Benchmark SG performance against competitors and highlight strategic opportunities and risks- Your Impact: Inform leadership decisions and strategic planning, enable cross-functional teams to act on insights provided, support sustainability by identifying efficient and impactful growth strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Degree: Business Administration or International business or equivalent area
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in an additional language is a plus
- MS Suite (Excel, Powerpoint...)
- Communication and active listening skills
- Detailed oriented
