**Vos missions**:
Support aux managers
- Conseiller et accompagner les managers dans le cadre des recrutements, de la gestion des compétences et de la gestion de la performance de leurs équipes

Gestion des projets
- Accompagner l'entreprise dans ses politiques de changement
- Déploier les projets RH sur le site
- Mettre en place et suivre les étapes du projet en faisant adhérer les diverses parties prenantes
- Organiser le suivi administratif et le reporting des opérations liées au projet

Gestion des talents
- Elaborer et déployer le Plan Prévisionnel des Emplois (PEP)
- Piloter l'ensemble du processus de recrutement
- Assurer l'’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs en collaboration avec les managers
- Encadrer les mobilités internes
- Elaborer et proposer le plan de succession au Responsable de Service RH et à la Direction
- Réaliser les entretiens de sortie et faire remonter les éventuels plans d'actions
- Gestion RH
- Lancer et suivre la Campagne des Entretiens Annuels
- Proposer et déclencher les formations nécessaires, et remonter les différents besoins
- Participer à la validation du plan de développement des compétences afin de vérifier la cohérence avec la stratégie des
- services concernés et de l'entreprise
- Créer et optimiser les processus liés au domaine développement RH
- Appliquer les règlementations relatives au code du travail, à la convention collective et aux accords d'entreprise
- Participer à la définition et assurer un suivi des indicateurs de performance RH

**Profil recherché**:

- ** Formation**: Diplôme de Master dans le domaine des Ressources Humaines
- ** Compétences techniques**: Connaissance approfondie dans les techniques de recrutement et le marketing RH
- ** Langues**: Maîtrise de l’anglais (B2)
- ** Soft skills**: Organisation, réactivité, esprit d’analyse et force de proposition. Vous êtes également reconnu(e) pour vos **excellentes qualités relationnelles.**
