**About the role**

The **Supply Chain Process & Systems Lead (Global Distribution)** is responsible for supporting the current utilization of our processes and systems. This includes ensuring continuous alignment between existing and future processes and systems within the supply chain domain to facilitate the development of our new business initiatives.

The role requires knowledge in the flowing areas:

- End to End physical flow
- Customer Service Management
- Transportation and Warehousing
- Quality and Serialization

**What you will be doing**

**Within Global Supply Chain Process & Systems team**:

- Be the functional owner of two strategic information systems: Kinaxis’ Rapid Response and SAP.
- Ensure the overall consistency between business requests and processes in place and follow up jointly with GDIT team.

**Processes & Systems owner**:

- Contribute to the Community of Transformation champions linking: Global Supply chain functions, (IBP, Commercial Supply chain, Logistics) & local functions (Local Supply chain coordinators / manufacturing sites) & IT.
- Support best practices implementation.
- Facilitate the communication between IT Centers of excellence and Business teams.
- Work closely with the Centers of excellence to ensure their teams deliver projects and bug fixing tickets on time and in full.
- Monitor systems usage.

**Prepare the future. Project Manager & Subject Matter Expert**
- Support the worldwide deployment of supply chain planning and execution processes.
- Provide guidance and technical expertise to project teams.
- Lead improvement projects on processes and systems
- Lead solution upgrade projects to continuously tailor the systems to business needs.
- Facilitate Change Management

**Contribute to GxP Compliance**

**What we are looking for**
- Master’s degree level graduate or postgraduate in IT or Supply Chain
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Leading business specifications, functional design, integration, or support
- Strong ERP user experience. (SAP is an advantage)
- Strong Planning systems user experience (Rapid Response is an advantage)
- Transformation and process improvement skills
- Fluent French & English
