Front-end / Dataviz Developer (Vue.js / React)

We are looking for an experienced Front-End / DataViz Developer (Vue.js / React) to actively participate in building our AI-driven drug benefit-risk analysis products

With your 3+ years of Front-End development, you will be part in our ambitious plan to 20x growth and lead ArcaScience in conquering the pharmaceutical AI market. You will be a central part of the technical team, involved in the creation of new products that will accelerate the arrival of personalised medicine in healthcare.

**The Role**

As a Front-End Developer at ArcaScience, you will lead four key areas of responsibility:

- Design and develop data interfaces and interactive dashboards based on complex scientific data.
- Work on the visualization of business data with high scientific content, paying attention to ergonomics and readability.
- Participate in the product approach: functional scoping, requirements gathering, user testing, hypothesis validation, and iterations.
- Collaborate with the data science, product, design, and technical teams to ensure the overall consistency of interfaces.
- Interface with internally developed Python APIs (FastAPI).

**The Profile We're Seeking**

Front-End Developer Expertise
- Proven experience in front-end development (Vue.js and/or React.js).
- Proficiency in visualization libraries (Plotly, D3.js, Observable, or equivalent).
- Awareness of data/statistical issues, with a genuine interest in finding clarity in complexity.
- Experience in UX/UI and product development, with an interest in collaborating with end users.
- Multidisciplinary profile: front-end developer with a scientific background, or full-stack engineer with a design background.
- Autonomy, rigor, curiosity, and a sense of initiative.

Technical Leadership & Collaboration
- 3+ years of experience leading Front-end/Dataviz projects.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver technical solutions aligned with strategic business goals.
- Strong communicator with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent English speaker with excellent interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration (CTO, product, regulatory, customers).
- Committed to leading with empathy, structure, and clarity in a multicultural environment.

Appreciated Bonuses
- Full-stack experience (Python/FastAPI).
- Scientific training (bioinformatics, data science, statistics, etc.).
- Experience in product design or contribution (mockups, user interviews, A/B testing, etc.).
- A hybrid yet robust profile, capable of combining the requirements of an experienced front-end developer, a good understanding of complex data, and a strong interest in product challenges, interface design, and user experience.
