Project & Corporate Finance Project Analyst (M/F)

We are currently looking for our next Project & Corporate Finance Project Analyst (M/F) to join our finance team based in Grenoble.
In this role, you will carry out analytical assignments in support of several of our finance department's strategic priorities.

**Main Missions**:
**1. Corporate finance**:

- Preparing commitment decisions at corporate and board level, with support from operational teams.
- Cross-functional data-driven analysis
- Sensitivities
- Planning management
- Risk analysis
- Mitigation plans
- Legal assessment
- Establish the governance set up in the CSA
- Monitor and control the company's financial and non-financial performance and project risks
- Prepare documents for key governance meetings

**2. Project finance**:

- Support the financial close of the debt for our first gigafactory.
- Lead certain due diligence workstreams (technical, market and procurement, legal, E&S, insurance)
- Structuring internal information for the benefit of the lenders' advisors
- Check documents relating to the project
- Participate in debt structuring, manage creditor data rooms and bank Q&A processes
- Monitor the reporting of financial documentation to creditors, particularly on technical/E&S issues
- Liaise with creditors on key governance issues
- Technical background with finance skills
- Ability to manage tight deadlines
- Flexibility and willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable with Pack Office
- English and French are mandatory
- Experience in consulting, audit, and transactional services is a major asset.
