We are currently looking for motivated, reliable, and customer-focused Sales Assistants to support our boutique in Roppenheim The Style Outlets. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to develop their retail career in a refined and international environment.

**Your Responsibilities**

As a Sales Assistant, you will:

- Welcome and assist customers with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm.
- Offer personalised styling advice and share product knowledge to create a luxury shopping experience.
- Maintain high store presentation standards, ensuring the boutique always looks elegant and inviting.
- Support daily operations such as stock management, fitting room assistance, and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with your colleagues to achieve sales goals and ensure smooth store functioning.
- Handle challenges with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
