Join us and let's create the future of gaming together **Role and Missions — What you will do** The Game Tech team at Homa builds tools and services that are instrumental to our games' success, from A/B testing infrastructure to advanced segmentation layers and analytics pipelines. Many of these solutions are complex, data-intensive, and require constant fine-tuning to operate at scale. As a Game Tech Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the impact and performance of these tools. Your work will directly influence how our internal teams build, optimize, and operate games. You’ll provide critical insight to guide decision-making, troubleshoot issues, and identify high-leverage opportunities across our technical ecosystem. **Drive Data-Driven Decisions**: - Evaluate and prioritize technical initiatives based on quantitative impact (e.g., is it worth investing in a new segmentation model?). - Develop models and reports to estimate the business value of technical features and improvements. - Monitor the rollout and adoption of key services or tool features across the game portfolio. **Ensure Data Quality and Feature Validation**: - Validate the correct behavior of features through in-depth data analysis. - Surface issues early by diving into granular logs, event streams, and config usage. - Prevent bugs and misconfigurations from propagating to live games. **Be the Bridge Between Tech, Data & Product**: - Build deep expertise in our internal tech stack: A/B testing tools, segmentation logic, analytics platform, etc. - Act as a liaison between GameTech engineers, product owners, and data stakeholders. - Enable other analytics and game teams to get more out of GameTech solutions. **Lead Data Projects with Technical Depth**: - Own and deliver analytics-heavy projects involving ad monetization, segmentation, or real-time configuration systems. - Ensure that analytical and business considerations are baked into the development lifecycle of GameTech tools. **Requirements**: **What You’ll Bring**: - 2-5 years of experience in a data analyst or product analyst role, preferably in a tech-focused product environment. - Hands-on experience with AB testing frameworks, remote config tools, and analytics instrumentation (e.g., Unity Analytics, Firebase, Amplitude, custom pipelines). - Technical curiosity and a passion for understanding how complex systems work. - Bonus: Experience working directly with engineering teams, or building internal tools/products for non-technical users (e.g., dashboards, config UIs, AB test setup). **Our Culture—Who we are** At Homa, we are building a community of brilliant talents.
