**YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES**:
**What You’ll Do**
- **
Support the emerging risks watch process**: Assist in the cycle of identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring emerging risks that could affect AXA over the next 5 to 10 years. These are newly developing or changing risks that are generally characterized by major uncertainty, including but not limited to climate change, health, geopolitical risks, cyber threats, AI and big data, social tensions, and financial instability. This involves working collaboratively across various departments to ensure these risks are effectively managed.

Manage the Emerging Risks Community**, a network of about 100 risk managers through activities such as:
- Writing monthly newsletters to raise risk awareness among AXA employees worldwide, reaching over 4,000 contacts.
- Contribute to the organization of the Emerging Risk Seminar in October, a 1.5-day event in Paris bringing together experts from 12 entities for conferences and workshops.
- Drafting studies on emerging risks by conducting research, gathering data, interviewing experts, and drafting comprehensive papers.
**YOUR PROFILE**:
**Who You Are**
- Master’s degree student looking for a gap year or final internship
- A background in political science, business studies, or actuarial science
- Interest in insurance, social and economic issues, geopolitical risks, technological developments, environmental topics, and health-related topics
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral), with the ability to document and present information in a concise and business-oriented manner (e.g. for senior management) and make business-oriented recommendations
Interns are currently in the skills acquisition phase as part of their university studies. Please do not indicate a high or demanding skill level for these positions.
