- Placer le client au premier plan, montrer l’exemple pour cultiver un environnement convivial et s’assurer que l’équipe s’engage à répondre à toutes ses exigences et à tous ses désirs

**Offrir des expériences managériales et opérationnelles exceptionnelles**:
- Favoriser un environnement d’équipe constructif et professionnel
- Favoriser le partage d’informations entre les membres de l’équipe et organiser de manière proactive des briefings quotidiens sur des sujets ciblés
- S’assurer que l’équipe fait preuve de la plus grande attention et du plus grand respect pour le produit et d’assurer des normes de qualité et un service de premier ordre tout au long des événements en magasin
**Votre profil**:
- ** Vision stratégique** : Une forte capacité analytique avec un goût pour le reporting et les solutions orientées résultats.
- ** Leadership adaptable** : À l’aise dans un environnement dynamique, vous guidez votre équipe avec précision et bienveillance.
- ** Maîtrise linguistique** : Vous êtes fluent en **français et en anglais**, à l’oral comme à l’écrit, pour interagir avec une clientèle internationale. Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et des logiciels de gestion de détail.
- ** Expertise en luxe** : Vous comprenez les attentes des clients haut de gamme et maîtrisez l’art d’offrir un service exceptionnel.
**Offre**:
- **Rémunération** : Jusqu’à 50**K € par an**, selon votre expérience.
