**EXPERIENCED HOUSEKEEPER - PRIVATE LUXURY VILLA - GRASSE**
**CANDIDATES BASED IN SOUTH OF FRANCE ONLY**
**About the Villa**
The property is located in Grasse, it is privately owned and it is not a second home.
There are several houses on this property but only two are being used on a daily basis.
This is a short term contract CDD than can become a permanent contract - CDI.
This is a **LIVE OUT**position**.
**The project**
We are looking for one** Experienced** **Housekeeper** ready to start working as soon as possible.
You will be joining a team of one Head Housekeeper, you would be working as a team of 2 members and you will also rotate together. (More details will be discussed orally).
There are gardeners working in the property.
We are looking for passionate people, who can deliver a high-end sense of hospitality and who have a positive mindset.
- Flexibility is hence a key factor in this case
The focus of this position is to have an experienced and efficient Housekeeping team. The members will contribute to enhancing and maintaining the standard of living of the owners in the villa.
For the Housekeeping:
- You will be in-charge of vacuuming/cleaning floors, carpets, surfaces, etc.
- You will be in-charge of making the beds, changing linens, setting up the bedrooms and bathrooms, etc
- You will be in-charge of cleaning/sanitising bathrooms, showers, toilets, sinks, and counter-tops
- You will be in-charge of replenishing toiletries, towels, supplies, etc
- Ensuring the main areas as corridors, living rooms are always dusted, tidy and well organised in accordance to the owner's habits.
For the Laundry:
- You will be in charge of all the clothes and linen when the family is in the villa, and other household linen such as towels, bathrobes, bath mats, bed sheets, pillowcases, kitchen cloth, table cloth, etc.
- You will be in charge of washing them and cleaning them, removing possible stains, drying them, etc.
- You will also be in-charge of ironing the linen, checking that they are in a perfect state before folding them in wardrobes or putting them on hangers in the dressings.
- You will be in charge of cleaning the wardrobes and the dressings.
- You will be in charge of putting the clothes and the linen within the proper wardrobes and dressings.
- You will be in charge of putting/changing the bedsheets on all the beds, depending on the frequency given by the owners. The beds must always be immaculate and in a perfect state.
- You will also be in charge of contacting the dry cleaners for specific clothes that can not be washed by hand or in a washing machine but need specific treatment and ask them to come and collect them.
For Table Service:
- You will be in-charge of meal services
- Setting up and cleaning the dining table, ceramics, cutlery, etc, before and after the meals
- Serving the food and drinks as requested by the owners in a discreet & professional manner
- Ensuring a discreet execution of 'Meal Service' without being noticed by the owners, behind the scenes
- Informal and family style service
Most importantly, we would like a Housekeeper who understands the habits of the owners and their way of living. It is important that you memorise their habits and their way of living.
**Desired profile**
- You must be very **autonomous** and **able to report** and **respect your hierarch**y** at the same time.
- We are looking for someone who is **passionate** about service and likes to work in private households.
- ** Previous experience as a housekeeper or as a Housekeeper is MANDATORY.**:
- You are** NOT allergic to cats**, you are animal friendly as there are animals on the property
- You are a **multitasking person** and **flexible**, able to follow the processes that are already implemented and able to be reactive when facing something unusual.
- You are a **smiling and positive person**, you respect confidentiality and you are trust-worthy and **discreet**. You have a positive attitude generally speaking and you have a great sense of human relationship, communication comes with an ease.
- You are organized and you know how to prioritize your tasks during the day, you equally know how to balance different rhythms, especially winter/autumn compared to summer season and especially when the Villa is occupied/unoccupied.
- You are always on time and present well, you make sure that your appearance is always clean and professional
- You **MUST speak English. French is a plus.**:
