**We are looking for a Scientist in Formulation and Solvents area.**

**We count on you for**:

- Formulating and promoting our Green solvents product range specifically designed to replace hazardous chemicals in industrial formulations.
- Providing technical support for the business such as supporting the approval process from our customer with Syensqo’s solutions.
- Managing and implementing innovation projects and assuring the alignment with global business strategy.
- Contributing to the development of technical skills in a multidisciplinary team (R&D, Business, customers, industrial, product stewardship, legal ) to make successful business cases.
- Timely and accurate customer communication on performance, quality, homologation, technical support.
- Visiting customers in and outside France with our business representative (expect a few days business trip every quarter).

**You will bring**:

- A PhD in Formulation and colloids sciences OR master degree/school of engineering
- A first relevant industrial experience in formulation (water based or organic based formulation)
- Solving problem mindset
- English: fully professional required
