**About the role**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to drive significant funnel performance improvements. This role focuses exclusively on funnel optimization with a clear KPI of 20% quarterly conversion growth through meticulous A/B testing and implementation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough funnel analysis to identify conversion bottlenecks
- Own end-to-end A/B testing process from ideation to implementation
- Monitor metrics and generate actionable insights to maximize KPIs
- Work closely with marketing, design teams, and data analyst
- Implement and monitor test variations with attention to detail
- Maintain pixel-perfect design standards in all optimizations
- Stay up-to-date on CRO trends and implement innovative techniques

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3+ years of CRO experience in subscription-based products
- Proven track record of improving conversion rates
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics)
- Experience with A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO)
- Strong UI/UX understanding and attention to detail
- Ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

**Nice to have**:

- Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with popular BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar
- Experience in marketing: attribution, UTM parameters, ROAS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights based on the data.
