Rôle : Réaliser le suivi financier de l’activité industrielle afin de contrôler et challenger les éléments contribuant à la performance financière de l’activité des sites de production du process Frais, frais fondu et lait (Kiri, Boursin, Safilait, )
Missions:
- Etablir une relation de Business Partner avec ses interlocuteurs des sites industriels
- Participer à la construction et contrôler le budget des Usines avec les contrôleurs de gestion usines, les DU et les directeurs industriels de plateforme
- Contrôler et suivre les activités financières des différentes usines et assurer le respect des process Groupe
- Produire et communiquer des reportings mensuels et annuels fiables et pertinents
- Effectuer des recommandations afin de challenger la performance financière des usines
- Proposer les évolutions adéquates de production des indicateurs de suivi de performance financière
- Produire des analyses des résultats et prévisions budgétaires consolidées pour piloter au mieux la rentabilité/productivité de l’activité
- Fournir au Directeur industriel de plateforme des informations fiables et précises pour piloter les usines et effectuer des recommandations pertinentes
- Superviser et garantir le déroulement des inventaires annuels des usines conformément aux procédures Groupe
**Profil**:
- Bac +4/5 avec expérience en Contrôle de Gestion ou Finance
- Expérience de 2 à 3 ans en Contrôle de Gestion, idéalement dans une business unit.
- Fort esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, capacité à prioriser
- Rigueur, organisation et fiabilité
- Grande orientation client et résultat
- Aisance relationnelle, capacité à challenger et convaincre
- Anglais courant
