Visual Assets Project Manager - Burberry CDI
As Visual Assets Manager, lead creative excellence across two prestigious luxury powerhouses, Burberry and Coty
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Visual Assets Manager, you are responsible for Visual Assets, Organization, and Management.
You will be the strategic bridge between Coty and Burberry's creative teams, orchestrating all visual asset projects from conception to delivery. Managing the entire visual ecosystem, you'll ensure brand consistency while meeting business requirements and deadlines across all marketing channels.
**Your main focus**:
Lead visual asset creation projects with Burberry Fashion House, orchestrating processes from briefing to delivery Manage comprehensive asset libraries, ensuring accessibility, rights management, and timely deliverables Drive collaboration with marketing teams to align visual needs with brand standards and business objectives Ensure quality control and compliance of all visual deliverables across platforms Optimize processes and relationships between Coty and Fashion House stakeholders

The team consists of Marketing Managers reporting to Burberry's Makeup Marketing Director. You'll collaborate with a rich ecosystem of stakeholders: your counterpart at Burberry Fashion House, Burberry's creative teams, Digital Group Leaders, and Coty's Marketing Group Leaders. All your colleagues are passionate about maintaining Burberry's prestigious visual standards while driving creative innovation.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You thrive in managing complex visual projects in the luxury sector. As an experienced Visual Assets Manager, you navigate stakeholder relationships with diplomacy and get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you: Have 4+ years of experience managing visual assets in prestigious beauty/fashion brands Excel in project management and stakeholder relationships at the highest level Demonstrate mastery of creative processes and brand standard implementation Master the English & French languages on a near native level.
