Vos responsabilités
- Reporting to the Regional HR Lead of West region (France & Benelux), the HR Business Partner is responsible for supporting Company transformation in an evolving business landscape, including continued expansion.
The HRBP is expected to strongly support organizational changes, develop & implement better human capital practices, empowering Employee development and facilitating business success.
Target population: West Business Units Medical Endoscopy & Therapeutics Solutions (Commercial & Marketing, Sales support operations).

Key responsibilities

Business Advisory
- Effectively understand Medtech market landscape evolution to actively support Company transformations.
- Be a trusted advisor to business leaders to align HR strategic priorities with business goals for its target population (commercial & marketing, sales support operations).
- Collect and analyze HR data to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.

Change Management
- Act as a Change Agent and partner with people leaders to guide and support organizational change and improve workforce efficiency.
- Ensure successful adoption and demonstrate the ability to facilitate discussions around change and transformation with Leadership teams.

Company Culture
- Positively drive the company culture, ensuring that values, behaviors, and leadership skills are embedded throughout the organization.
- Partner actively with people leaders and key internal stakeholders to reinforce and embed the desired values and Company culture.

Relationship Building & Work environment
- Inspire confidence and act as a true partner: Partner effectively with EMEA Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Org. Development, HR Insights & Analytics, Comp&Ben),

also with regional and/or country HRBPs and HR Business Center teams.
- Build and maintain a positive working relationship with staff representative members to foster trust and cooperation.

Stakeholder Management & Employee Relations
- Engage with and influence senior business leaders related to strategic HR initiatives. Provide consulting advice, build trust, demonstrate accountability to influence key internal stakeholders.
- Act as a mediator in disputes to align the interests of the company and employees.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues by providing guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and Company policies.

Enabling Business Performance:

- Ensure consistent implementation of Company HR processes and contribute to the design of local HR policies if applicable.
- Drive positive business performance through HR processes (onboarding/offboarding, Performance management, Learning & Development, Comp&Ben, etc.) along the HR value chain, with specific focus on:

- Strategic Workforce planning: Lead Talent management and career development for the entire West region.
- Pay Structures & Job Architecture: Provide guidance on compensation structures and benefits to ensure equity and competitiveness in the market.
- DEI: Encourage diversity in all its forms by creating an inclusive work environment to promote equal opportunities.

Vos qualifications
- Master’s degree in human resources or related field
- Strong experience in change management
- English Fluent required (B2 mandatory)
- Ability to work in an international environment & matrix organization
- Flexibility to navigate in a fast-paced/dynamic environment and manage competing priorities
- Analytical and problem-solving attitude
- Experienced in labor law regulations, HR policies with expertise in Talent management & succession planning
- Strong communication & relationship building skills (team spirit)
- Knowledgeable in labor relations would be an asset
