Uber Greenlight locations help new driver-partners get on the road for the first time, build engagement with the platform over time, and serve as a logistics hub for driver-partners in their city. We look to our in-person support representatives, or Uber Experts, to serve as the face of Uber for driver-partners in hundreds of Greenlight locations around the world.
**About the Role**:
Your goals are to make Uber grow in your area and strengthen its position within the local PHV ecosystem, solve complex issues and collaborate with the relevant stakeholders to provide our partners with a high quality front facing customer support.
**What You'll Do**:
**Acquire**: Find new sources of drivers and convince them to join the platform.
**Convert**: Empower the partners within the funnel in order to accelerate their conversion.
**Engage**: Build trust with our partners through a closed relationshipand undertaking regular travels outside working place.
**Help** us identify and build best practices.
**Develop** long-term relationships with key in-region partners by offering premium and personalized support for partners or prospects, business development, info sessions.
**Basic Qualifications**:
Prior experience of minimum 1 year in a customer care role.
Experience in sourcing, negotiating and driving contracts to closure is a plus.
Confidence in building great relationships with partners & ability to win new business over the phone
Relentlessly driven, self-motivated and goal-oriented
A people person - you love talking to people and getting them excited
Ability to stay poised and organized in a fast-paced work environment.
Good knowledge of English.

Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber’s cultural identity.
