Asklepios BioPharmaceutical, Inc. About the role:
_in vivo_ preclinical R&D team.

He/She will have the responsibility to provide support, participating and executing
_in vivo_ projects related to rAAV vector characterization and evaluating biodistribution and the

MS with progressive (at least 2 years) experience in
_in vivo _pharmacology. Direct experience with rodent models/stereotaxy would be a plus.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

- Experimentation in mouse models (behavior, injections, surgery, etc..)
- Perform mouse necropsies
- Tissue and blood collection, preservation and processing
- Perform biological sampling by various ex vivo techniques and fine analysis of the samples using a panel of arrays (Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot, ELISA, qPCR, Confocal Microscopy)
- Analyses of images and quantification of signal using adapted software
- Fine analysis, data interpretation and restitution to the team
- Working knowledge of biostatistics
- Ensure high quality, reproducibility, and timeliness of acquired data
- Flexibility to collaborate with other projects in the team (cross-disciplinary)
- Participation in the elaboration of Study Plan
- Generation of study reports
- Contribution to the implementation of SOPs
- Contribute to technical discussions and investigations within the cross-disciplinary program and project teams.
- Provide support to the team responsible in the management of mouse colonies
- Provide support in the interaction with the animal Facility
- Maintain comprehensive understanding of the current project, scientific advances related to the working programs, and transfer appropriate information to the direct manager for business-related or product development purposes.
- Presentation of results to the team when required
- Person in charge for all animal facility activity: interactions with zootechnicians, platform personnel, management of mouse lines, animal experimentation, animal well-being. Also, the one in constant interaction with the referent veterinarian.
- Regulatory documents (licenses, sanitary status) for animal experimentation and for project approval in animal experimentation (APAFIS demands)
- Assuring that all personnel have the right certifications to be able to ask for project approvals and/or perform experimental procedures in animal models. (In charge of organizing training sessions and the follow-up compulsory trainings)
- Trainings of new employees

About you:

- Authorization for animal experimentation/mouse surgery required
- The ability to perform stereotaxic injections would be a plus
