**Job Description**:
We are looking for an **iOS Senior Technical Expert** to join the Conversion team and work on challenging projects. The position consists of 3 main missions:

- as a Stack Expert, you will mentor and help iOS Engineers to grow their technical expertise and drive team’s adoption of stack standards
- as a Technical Lead, you will be the bridge between the iOS’ Community Of Practices and your team, to represent it, while ensuring the stack’s projects are not left behind
- as an Individual Contributor, you will work on challenging projects, as part of the Conversion team, which objective is to **optimise all the conversion journeys and ensure reliable funnel of subscription.**

**What you will do**:

- Have a good knowledge about in-app purchase ecosystem et and be aware of last evolutions (Store Kit 2 for instance)
- Lead technical discussions and meetings, articulating and arousing enthusiasm for a shared vision
- Drive initiatives to improve technical architecture and team efficiency, while ensuring their purpose & effects and well understood by everyone
- Support Engineering Managers in growing technical expertise and fostering knowledge sharing within teams
- Ensure the team is psychologically safe where everyone share their own opinions while keeping a global consistency

**Qualifications**:
This role is excellent for a person _with_:

- Solid understanding of clean architecture principles and iOS design patterns
- A mindset focused on code performance & quality
- Confidence with unit and functional testing
- Knowledge of Swift UI, Swift Concurrency or in-app purchase constraints is a plus
