Senior Manager

Overview:
Are you ready to lead the transformation of ETF trading and distribution in Europe?

Join our dynamic Derivatives and Post-Trade team as the Senior Manager - ETF Market Transformation at Euronext. This role offers the opportunity to drive innovation and establish Euronext as the undisputed leader in ETF trading and listing in Europe. Based in Paris, you will shape and implement the ETF strategic initiative aiming at building a true pan-European offering, covering the whole lifecycle from listing, to trading and post trade. You will lead the project and work closely with other businesses across Italy, the UK, France and more.

Key Responsibilities:

- Offer definition & design: Develop a competitive ETFs pan-european offer based on customer requirements and market analysis, with the support of Euronext’s clients and wider stakeholders.
- Project management and delivery: Drive and orchestrate various Euronext businesses as trading, listing, post-trade, as well as IT and legal & regulation to ensure successful project design and execution. Foster a collaborative and innovative culture aligned with business goals. Define and monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring quality, timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Transformation drive: ensure internal and external stakeholder engagement. This initiative also entails leading a complex and radical transformation project aiming at reshaping the way ETFs are traded and distributed in Europe, with the support of Euronext’s clients and wider stakeholders.
- Innovation: Promote the development of innovative ETF offerings and identify new market opportunities.

Profile:

- Experience: 10+ years in the financial services industry, with a significant focus on ETFs.
- Expertise: Knowledge of ETF products, market structures and regulatory environments.
- Leadership: Strong transversal leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on innovation and market leadership.
- Communication: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex financial data and trends to maximize performance.
