**Job Description**:
MANGOPAY is looking for a creative Social Media & Influence strategist to manage our online presence by developing & executing the global social media strategy and producing impactful and relevant content. Within the Corporate Marketing and Communication team reporting to our Brand Manager, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, while implementing tactics and campaigns globally.
The role focuses on the definition and implementation of our social media calendar, the organisation and execution of the day-to-day workflows, and will work in close collaboration with different internal teams to create and promote our content.
**What will you be doing**:
- Build & execute the social media strategy and calendar
- Actively contribute to the editorial planning and develop engaging content for Linkedin and Twitter
- Develop, manage and moderate our communities on a daily basis and deploy engaging mechanics to animate them, both in French and English. (Not only on social media)
- Bring the culture & codes of each platform to life, and create appropriate / dedicated content & experiences
- Work closely with content strategists, Brand and Demand Generation teams to meet all our business objectives
- Ensure high quality messaging and tone of voice consistency
- Get inspired by new trends to find new opportunities, and offer creative ideas for traffic, lead generation and engagement-generating content
- Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
- Implement all tools necessary to ensure the effective running of our global strategy
- Assess performance against our business KPIs and create a monthly reporting on Social Media
- Analyze competitor activity
**Qualifications**:
**What skills and experience do you need**:
- You have 2+ years of experience in Social Media management for a B2B Tech / SAAS player or Agency
- You can build a strategy and execute it with consistency through outstanding creativity and writing skills
- You know all the codes, trends and hacks of LinkedIn and Twitter as well as a wider approach on community management
- Be able to translate our Sales, Brand and HR objectives into social media
- Creative but also data driven, basing your decisions on concrete analysis
- Build a unique approach and voice in a competitive and tech environment with very different personas, client types and sizes
- Bilingual in French and English
- You know how to prioritise effectively.
