**Description**
Implement HSE program and system in compliance with legal and corporate, region, BU requirements:
- Develop, participate & implement, support deployment of HSE programs and initiatives, including initiatives to build Managers and Employee HSE awareness (e.g. e-learnings, safety week, monthly HSE call, best practice sharing, etc)
- Develop and deploy HSE standards in region and BU sites: including facilitating the standardisation committee
- Set up, follow up and ensure regular HSE reporting within region and BU and to GHQ
- I-CARE key-user, maintenance, internal training, risk-assessment & compliance regulation module deployment in all locations.
- Participate to accident/incident investigations, report, record and analysis
- Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety assessments to support HSE managements.
**Profile**:
- Knowledge of Occupational Health / Safety / Environment Management.
- Knowledge of HSE norms and regulations
- Knowledge of manufacturing process
- HSE tools
- Proficient English level
