**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities, including playtime, educational games, and outdoor activities.
- Assist with homework and provide support in learning environments.
- Prepare meals and snacks for children, ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized space for the children, including tidying up after activities.
- Provide care for children with disabilities or special needs, adapting activities to meet their unique requirements.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.
- Implement routines that promote healthy habits and positive social interactions among children.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a babysitter or nanny is preferred.
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with special needs care, particularly in supporting children in situations of handicap.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans or activities that promote learning through play (la petite).
- Strong communication skills in both English and French (Enseignement) are desirable.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred but not required; willingness to obtain certification is essential.
- A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation purposes (Crèche).
**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: 13.00€ - 15.00€ per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
